How do I create an account?
- Click the "My Account" link at the top of this page.
- Click the "Create an Account" button.
- Enter your name, email address and password. (Note: Your email address will be your username.)
- Click the "Submit" button.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page. In the menu options, click “Account Information” to edit your account information or "Address Book" to edit your billing and shipping addresses.
I forgot my password. How do I access my account?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page. You will find a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click that link. On the following page, enter your email address click the "Submit" button. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
BILLING & PAYMENT
What methods of payment does Store.Modbook.com accept?
Store.Modbook.com accepts all major credit cards. For payment via personal check, cashier's check or money order, please contact us directly to place your order and arrange payment.
Business customers may place an order directly on the site and enter their purchase order number. We will invoice you later.
Why is full payment required when I place my Modbook Pro order?
Since the Modbook Pro is custom produced and built according to each customer's specifications, including the purchase of the MacBook Pro base system on the customer's behalf, full payment is required with each order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is only applicable for shipments to addresses in California (the location of our warehouse).
What if I have a question about my charges?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of this page. When prompted, enter your login information to review your orders. You may compare your order history on the website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for assistance.
What if I need a copy of my receipt or invoice?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of this page. When prompted, enter your login information to review your orders. Select the order you want to review. Click "Print Order" (upper left of screen) to print this order.
If there have been any invoices on your order, you will see a link called "Invoices" next to About This Order: Order Information at the top of the page. Click the "Invoices" link. Find the invoice you would like to print and click "Print Invoice."
How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the top of this page. When prompted, enter your login information and go to "My Orders" to see the status of your orders. Updates and other communications from us will appear at the bottom of each order.
When will I receive my order?
When you place your order, the expected shipping date is shown at the top of the product page. For Modbook Pro orders, we will email you 12 days before expected shipment to notify you. You will also receive an email when your order ships.
What methods of shipping are available for my order?
All shipments are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). When you place your order, you can select which UPS shipping method you prefer (for example: Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).
How much does shipping my order cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart, then proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices based on your shipping address.
